Challenge
Super Nails, a local nail salon, has no online presence which made it difficult for them to be discovered by potential customers. Currently, their only way to get customers is through word of mouth and Google reviews.
They have been trying to hire the best nail artists and provide great services at a very affordable cost. They secretly expected their customers to share their experience with family & friends or leave a review online but there has been no luck so far.
Seeking to step into the digital market and to have a strong online presence, they decide to have a stunning website. A platform where they can showcase their business story, promotions, list of services and tout their nail artist expertise.
Having a powerful online presence would be the best solution to attract new customers and drive more business.
Dissecting the problem

Learnings
Most people don’t know what exactly to expect during a pedicure or manicure unless you’re are seasoned because each salon does it differently, some salons gives extra massage and scrubbing while others don’t. Implementing icons not only makes it visually appealing but also clearly indicates what to expect during different services. Customers tend to return to pages with visuals more times.
